Our parent-approved games measure your child's heart rate ๐งก as they progress through levels, helping them understand how emotions affect their body.
When your child hits the red zone, which means they are frustrated or overly excited, the game pauses automatically. โ A calming exercise appears on the screen, and the game remains paused until your child's heart rate returns to normal. This helps your child take control of their own body and regulate their emotions.
